Data Release Documentation

Since 31 May 2023, the complete data set of the first FReDA wave has been available to the scientific community. The dataset contains the recruitment wave W1R as well as the two sub-waves W1A and W1B. The data are available to the research community for scientific and non-commercial purposes and are distributed by GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences. Access is free of charge. The survey focuses on questions about family and partnership. In the following, we provide you with the questionnaires as well as the accompanying documents for the first FReDA wave for download.

Questionnaires

For documentation purposes, we offer the questionnaires of the first wave here for download in pdf format. However, it is important to know that the web-based mode was the main mode in our survey. The web-based questionnaires are stored in the FReDA DATA PORTAL in the most current version and can be viewed there.
