The complete data set of the first and second FReDA wave has been available to the scientific community since May 31, 2024. The dataset contains the recruitment wave W1R as well as the sub-waves W1A, W1A Partner, W1B, W2A, W2A Partner, W2B and W2B Partner. The data are available to researchers for scientific and non-commercial purposes and are distributed by GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences. Access is free of charge. The survey focuses on questions about family and partnership. You can find the data and the data use agreement here.
For documentation purposes, we offer you the questionnaires in pdf format for download here. However, it is important to know that the web-based mode was the main mode in our survey. The latest versions of the web-based questionnaires are stored in the FReDA DATA PORTAL and can be viewed there.
