With this information, we comply with our duty to provide information in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when collecting personal data. We collect personal data when you access our website.
We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by us and by our service providers. This site is operated by the Federal Information Technology Centre, An der Küppe 2, 53225 Bonn, as the central IT service provider for the federal administration.
In the course of the further development of our web pages, changes to this privacy policy may also become necessary. We therefore recommend that you read this policy regularly.
Personal data are information about you, such as your name, address, postal address or even your user behaviour, if it is not anonymised. Information that is not associated with your identity is not included.
Your data are collected because you provide them to us. Their processing is based on your consent. This can be, for example, data that you enter in a contact form or when you confirm a cookie.
Other data are automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data, for example the IP address (this is immediately anonymised), internet browser, operating system or time of page view. These data are collected automatically as soon as you enter our website. They allow us to provide our Internet offer in fulfilment of our public tasks.
Every time a user accesses the freda-panel.de website and every time a file is retrieved, data about this process are stored and processed anonymously. In detail, the following data are stored about an access/retrieval:
• Name of the retrieved file • Date and time of the retrieval • Amount of data transferred • Message as to whether the retrieval was successful • Reference of origin (“referrer”) • Device used • IP addresses, which are then anonymised • Anonymised IP address, anonymised DNS information and top-level domains (TLD) of the accessing host system
These data are evaluated statistically and for the optimisation of the internet offer and then deleted. No user profiles are created.
Cookies are used on the pages of freda-panel.de. These are technically necessary for the optimal provision of our internet offer. The use of these cookies is based on Art. 6 (1e) of the GDPR in conjunction with § 3 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Most internet browsers are set to automatically accept cookies. However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser so that cookies are only stored for the duration of the respective connection to the Internet.
Should you use a browser extension that prevents the filing of our cookies, we will of course respect this. In this case, cookies will not be stored and the use of this website will not be tracked. However, in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
This website uses the Matomo web analytics service to analyse and optimise the use of our website. The software runs exclusively on Federal Government servers.
When individual pages of our websites are opened, the following data are stored: • two bytes of the IP address of the user’s calling system (anonymous) • the website accessed • the website from which the user accessed the website (referrer) • the sub-pages accessed from the accessed website • the time spent on the website • the frequency with which the website is accessed
This website uses Matomo with the extension “AnonymizeIP.” The software is set so that the IP addresses are not stored in full, but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (example: 238.567.xxx.xxx). In this way, IP addresses are shortened and it is no longer possible to assign this shortened IP address to the calling computer. A direct reference to a person is thus impossible. These anonymised logging files are deleted after 30 days.
Matomo serves in particular to optimise our website. The information generated about your use of this website in anonymised form is not used for personal evaluation or profiling and is also not passed on to third parties. The analysis is there to exclusively optimise our offer.
